About this role
Resolve complex SaaS, email, calendar and platform-integration problems for Influx customers, identifying root causes and explaining clear step-by-step solutions.
Responsibilities
- - Troubleshoot Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, iCloud, calendar and platform integrations.
- - Investigate authentication, permissions, configuration and synchronisation problems.
- - Guide customers through reconnection, re-authentication and settings changes.
- - Document resolutions and escalate to engineering only when necessary.
Qualifications and requirements
- - C1 English proficiency with strong spoken and written communication.
- - Diploma or degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- - Previous technical-support experience in SaaS, software or technology.
- - Strong understanding of integrations, settings, permissions and root-cause analysis.
