About this role

The US Influencer Marketing & Copywriting Specialist will lead day-to-day influencer outreach and creator partnerships while supporting the company's social media presence. The primary focus of this role will be identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers, creators, bloggers, affiliate partners, and UGC opportunities. The US Influencer Marketing & Copywriting Specialist will also support social media publishing, community engagement, content calendars, and light content creation while helping the marketing team execute campaigns and grow an organized network of creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify influencers, creators, bloggers, and affiliate partners aligned with brand objectives.
• Recruit and build relationships with qualified creator partners.
• Conduct influencer outreach and manage ongoing creator communications.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track creator deliverables and ensure campaigns remain organized and on schedule.
• Monitor influencer and creator performance to help evaluate partnership effectiveness.
• Build and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective and active creators.
• Maintain an organized library of creator assets and campaign materials.
• Collect and organize UGC for potential reuse across organic and paid marketing campaigns where permitted.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand the company's creator network.
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing across relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions.
• Schedule and publish social content consistently.
• Monitor comments, messages, and other community interactions.

Qualifications and requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US based influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, coordinating, and managing influencer campaigns.
• Experience conducting creator outreach and managing influencer relationships.
• Experience supporting social media publishing and content calendars.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based brands or audiences.
• Experience in copywriting is a must.
• Experience working with e-commerce, marketplace, retail industry, cash back influencing, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Personal content creation experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs.
• Ability to write content for the site blog, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media.
• Ability to identify and evaluate creators who align with brand objectives and audiences.
• Strong written communication and influencer outreach skills.
• Ability to manage creator pipelines, campaign timelines, deliverables, and digital assets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple partnerships simultaneously.
