About this role
Construction Project Coordinator (Commercial Construction) – Remote Construction Administration | AIA Billing | Bonding | Buildertrend | Project Coordination Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.
Responsibilities
- - Review and manage commercial construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- - Coordinate bid bonds, performance bonds, and maintenance bonds.
- - Prepare and submit bonding documentation accurately and on time.
- - Communicate with bonding companies, municipalities, and general contractors.
- - Track contract compliance and maintain organized project documentation.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience working with commercial construction contracts.
- - Hands-on experience with AIA billing and payment applications.
- - Experience managing Schedule of Values (SOV).
- - Knowledge of bid bonds, performance bonds, and maintenance bonds.
- - Experience tracking retainage and construction billing documentation.
