About this role
Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. Role overview You'll own the daily dispatch schedule for a UK business — booking carriers, tracking shipments, and getting ahead of delays before the customer notices them.
Responsibilities
- - Plan and book daily collections and deliveries with carriers
- - Produce shipping labels, manifests and export paperwork
- - Track shipments in transit and resolve exceptions with carriers
- - Keep customers and internal teams updated on delivery status
- - Investigate late, damaged or missing deliveries and log claims
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience coordinating dispatch, courier or delivery operations
- - Familiarity with carrier portals such as DPD, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail
- - Confident handling exceptions and chasing resolution
- - Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for scheduling and reporting
- - Clear communication under time pressure
