About this role
We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day supply chain and operational logistics for a growing CPG and manufacturing business. This is a fast-moving environment where suppliers, production partners, freight providers, customs, and fulfillment partners all need to stay coordinated. The successful candidate will become the central point of coordination across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- - Coordinate the supply chain from raw material sourcing through production and fulfillment.
- - Place and track purchase orders.
- - Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, freight providers, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
- - Schedule pickups and deliveries.
- - Track shipments and proactively identify delays or potential issues.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Work with customs brokers to ensure shipments clear efficiently.
- - Manage ocean and air freight shipments.
- - Track bills of lading, shipping documentation, delivery schedules, and related paperwork.
- - Work with carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx as required.
- - Assist with freight insurance and shipment-related documentation.
