About this role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational tasks and keep internal trackers and schedules up to date
- Liaise between team members, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving

- Maintain accurate records across shared systems and inboxes
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience in an operations, coordination or administrative support role
- Strong written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Well organised, able to juggle several tasks without losing detail
- A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work
