Mogo's mission is to enable upward social mobility for people in diverse communities around the world by providing entrepreneurs who are excluded from traditional banking systems with access to credit. Responsibilities
- Own the backlog: own, prioritise, and continuously refine the product backlog, keeping it visible and understood by the team
- Set direction: translate business strategy into a product roadmap and clearly communicate the "why" behind priorities
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria; keep specifications lean and focused, with sufficient guidance but no excessive detail
- Work with your development team
- sprint planning, refinement, reviews — and be available to answer questions and make decisions quickly
- Engage with end users and business stakeholders to surface needs, validate ideas, and align on strategic priorities

Qualifications and requirements

- Experience with large-scale software initiatives and financial products
