About this role
Summary Lead Trustonic’s regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account Management teams across EMEA, combining technical delivery, customer leadership and people management.
Responsibilities
- - Lead, coach and develop regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account Management teams.
- - Set and track team objectives aligned to customer success and business goals.
- - Lead technical engagement and discovery for strategic and complex opportunities.
- - Oversee customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, growth and technical escalations.
- - Improve qualification, handovers, onboarding and delivery processes.
Qualifications and requirements
- - Experience leading Pre-Sales, Solutions Delivery, Customer Onboarding, Technical Account Management or similar technical customer-facing teams.
- - Strong experience managing technical teams and strategic enterprise customers.
- - Experience with SaaS or systems integration, API integrations and technical solution delivery.
- - Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- - Fluent written and spoken English; French is beneficial.
- - Undergraduate degree or equivalent skill, experience and knowledge.
